เมื่อวันที่ 28 มกราคม 2569 ฯพณฯ พลเอก สุรยุทธ์ จุลานนท์ ประธานองคมนตรี ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีรับมอบตำแหน่งคณะกรรมการหอการค้าไทย-จีน สมัยที่ 30 โดยมี ฯพณฯ จาง เจี้ยน เว่ย เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ประจำประเทศไทย เป็นประธานร่วม พร้อมด้วย ประธานกิตติมศักดิ์ คณะกรรมการ และสมาชิก กว่า 500 คนเข้าร่วมงาน ในโอกาสนี้ นายยง สุขสุดประเสริฐ ประธานกิตติมศักดิ์ผู้ทรงเกียรติถาวร เป็นประธานมอบตราประทับให้แก่ นายณรงค์ศักดิ์ พุทธพรมงคล ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานหอการค้าไทย-จีน สมัยที่ 30 ด้วยตระหนักถึงความมุ่งมั่นและความทุ่มเททำงานเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและกระชับความสัมพันธ์ไทย-จีน ตลอดระยะเวลา 6 ปีที่ผ่านมาของนายณรงค์ศักดิ์ ในฐานะประธานหอการค้าไทย-จีน
หอการค้าไทย-จีน คือ องค์กรชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีน ที่เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทย กว่า 116 ปี มีประเพณีและประวัติศาสตร์อันรุ่งเรืองและยาวนาน จนกลายเป็นแบบอย่างขององค์กรชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีน และมีส่วนสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสาธารณกุศลของไทย ตลอดจนการกระชับความสัมพันธ์และความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างประชาชนของทั้งสองประเทศ จาก “50 ปีทองแห่งมิตรภาพจีน-ไทย“ ซึ่งเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นใหม่ของการสานต่ออดีต สู่อนาคตอีก 50 ปีข้างหน้า ตามเป้าหมายการสร้าง “ประชาคมที่มีอนาคตร่วมกัน“ ฯพณฯ จาง เจี้ยน เว่ย เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ประจำประเทศไทย กล่าว
นายณรงค์ศักดิ์ พุทธพรมงคล ประธานหอการค้าไทย-จีน สมัยที่ 30 กล่าวขอบคุณสมาชิกที่ให้ความไว้วางใจดำรงตำแหน่งประธานหอการค้าไทย-จีน อีกวาระหนึ่ง พร้อมประกาศพันธกิจ ร่วมสืบสานเจตนารมณ์ของบรรพบุรุษที่ยึดมั่นในความสามัคคีเกื้อกูลช่วยเหลือซี่งกันและกัน ขยันหมั่นเพียรและซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ตลอดจนร่วมขับเคลื่อนบทบาทและหน้าที่ของหอการค้าไทย-จีน เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ การพัฒนานักธุรกิจรุ่นใหม่และนวัตกรรม และการยกระดับบทบาทองค์กรในเวทีนานาชาติ รวมถึงการสานต่อภารกิจด้านสังคม วัฒนธรรม และการศึกษา เพื่อสร้างประชาคมไทย-จีนที่มีอนาคตร่วมกัน อย่างมีคุณภาพ และเพื่อความเจริญรุ่งเรืองของทั้งสองประเทศ
อนึ่งในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา (ปี 2563-2568) มีนักลงทุนจีน ยื่นขอรับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนในประเทศไทย จำนวน 2,602 โครงการ มูลค่ากว่า 6.39 แสนล้านบาท ในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายของไทย เช่น อุตสาหกรรมโลหะและวัสดุอุตสาหกรรม อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรและยานยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เป็นต้น การลงทุนของจีนดังกล่าว นอกจากจะมีส่วนช่วยในการยกระดับภาคการผลิตของประเทศไทยแล้ว นักลงทุนจีนยังร่วมสร้างการเชื่อมโยงห่วงโซ่อุปทานกับผู้ประกอบการไทยเพิ่มมากขึ้น

The Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce reiterated its role in connecting Thailand-China relations to ‘Narongsak’ as the President for another term.
On 28 January 2016, H.E. General Surayud Chulanont, President of the Privy Council, presided over the 30th Presentation Ceremony of the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. H.E. Zhang Jian Wei, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, co-chaired with more than 500 honorary chairmen and members. Honorary Chairman of the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Narongsak Buddhapornmongkol, presided over the 30th Session of the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, recognizing his commitment and dedication to drive economic development and strengthening Thai-Chinese relations for the past six years.
The Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce is a Thai-Chinese organization representing Thailand for 116 years. It has a tradition and a long and prosperous history that has become a model of Thai-Chinese organization and contributes to the development of the Thai economy and public charity as well as strengthening the relationship and understanding between the peoples of the two countries from “50 Golden Years of Sino-Thai Friendship”. This is a new beginning for the next 50 years in line with the goal of building a “co-future community,” said H.E. Zhang Jian Wei, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Thailand.
Mr. Narongsak Putthapornmongkol, Chairman of the 30th Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, expressed his appreciation to the members for another term as Chairman of the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. To promote economic cooperation, development of young businessmen and innovation, and enhance the role of organizations in the international arena, as well as to continue their social, cultural and educational activities to build a quality Thai-Chinese community together for the prosperity of both countries.
During the past five years (2020-2025) there have been 2,602 Chinese investors applying for investment promotions in Thailand, worth more than 6. 39 billion baht in Thailand’s target industries such as metal and materials, machinery and automotive, electrical appliances and electronics industries, etc. This investment will not only help upgrade Thailand’s manufacturing sector, but also create more supply chain links with Thai entrepreneurs.
