ทั้งนี้กรมการปกครองได้เห็นควรอนุญาตการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการของสมาคมฯชุดใหม่ทั้งชุด ตามมาตรา 85 แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์แล้ว เมื่อวัน 17 ธันวาคม 2567 สมาคมฯได้รายงานผลการดำเนินงานครบ 1 ปี ที่ผ่านมา จึงจัดการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี 2568 เพื่อรายงานผลการดำเนินงานสมาคมฯปี 2568 และการจัดกิจกรรมสมาคม ปี พ.ศ. 2568 ดังนี้
1. สมาคมเครือข่ายผู้สื่อข่าวและสื่อมวลชนนานาชาติ ได้จัดอบรมโครงการ “อบรมสื่อมวลชนและองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสื่อ สร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบทุจริตภาครัฐและเอกชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ” โครงการดังกล่าวได้รับทุนสนับสนุนจากกองทุนป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (กองทุน ป.ป.ช. ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568) โดยมีการจัดอบรมโครงการดังนี้
1. จังหวัดอุดรธานี จัดอบรมวันเสาร์ที่ 29 เดือน มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2568 วันเสาร์ที่ 29 มีนาคม 2568 ณ โรงแรมสยามแกรนด์ จังหวัดอุดรธานี
2. จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จัดอบรมวันเสาร์ที่ 26 เดือน เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมภูมิระพี ชั้น 2 อาคาร 3 โรงแรมเชียงใหม่ภูคำ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
3. จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จัดอบรมวันเสาร์ที่ 17 เดือน พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ณ ห้องแกรนด์บอลรูม 5 โรงแรมบรรจงแกนรด์บอลรูม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี
4. จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร จัดอบรมวันเสาร์ที่ 21 เดือน มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 ณ โรงแรมเดอะบาซาร์ แบงค็อก ห้องรัชโยธินแกรนด์ ชั้นที่ 20
2. สมาคมเครือข่ายผู้สื่อข่าวและสื่อมวลชนนานาชาติ ร่วมงานประกาศเจตนารมในการต่อต้านคอรัปชั่น ในงานเสวนาและแถลงข่าวเปิดตัวแพลตฟอร์มคอรัปชั่น ฟ้องดู (Corruption Fondue) ในวันพุธที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2568 เวลา 09.00 – 12.00 น. ณ TVA Hall สวนเสียงไผ่ สถาบันทิวา ทาวน์อินทาวน์ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสถาบัน FKII นายอลงกรณ์ พลบุตร ประธานสถาบันประธานกล่าวเจตนารม
3.สมาคมเครือข่ายผู้สื่อข่าวและสื่อมวลชนนานาชาติ ได้ยื่นแก้ไขข้อบังคับสมาคมฯทั้งฉบับตามข้อบังคับสมาคมเครือข่ายผู้สื่อข่าวและสื่อมวลชนนานาชาติ เสนอกรมการปกครอง และทางกรมการปกครองได้แจ้งทราบ ณ วันที่ ๒๘ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๘ จึงแจ้งที่ประชุมเพื่อโปรดทราบ
4. สมาคมได้ส่งกรรมการรอบรม“หลักสูตร”ผู้ตรวจสอบกิจการสหกรณ์” รุ่นที่ 9 จัดอบรมโดยสันติบาลสหกรณ์แห่งประเทศไทย ได้รับวุฒิบัตร วันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2568
หลังจากปิดการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี สมาคมฯจัดกิจกรรมขอพรที่ปรึกษากิตติมศักดิ์ และที่ปรึกษาสมาคมฯ เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลและสืบสานวัฒนาธรรมไทย โดย ดร.โรจนศักดิ แสงธศิริวิไล นายกสมาคมฯ คณะกรรมการบริหารและสมาชิกสมาคมฯ และร่วมรับประทานอาหาร

International Association of Journalists and Media Association, General Meeting of the Year 2568 and participated in Songkrat Day on Saturday 25 April 2566 B.E. at VIP Room 2, Royal Thai Army Club, 195 Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Sasomsen Nai Sub-district, Phayathai District, Bangkok.
Mr. Rojanasakdi Saengthasiriwilai, Chairman of the Association, delivered the opening remarks of the 2015 Annual General Meeting and proceeded with the following agenda:

The Department of Government Administration has agreed to allow the appointment of a whole new committee under Section 85 of the Civil and Commercial Code. On 17 December 2024, the Association reported its performance for one year. In 2568 B.E., as follows:
1. The International Association of Journalists and Media Network organised a training program entitled “Training the Media and Media Association for Effective Public and Private Corruption Investigations.” The program was funded by the National Anti-Corruption Fund (NEDF). NCC for the fiscal year B.E. In 2568 B.E., the project training was organized as follows:
1. Udon Thani Province held a training session on Saturday, March 29th. 2015 Saturday, March 29, 2018 at Siam Grand Hotel Udon Thani Province
2. Chiang Mai Province held a training session on Saturday, April 26, B.E. 2018 at Bhumibol Adulyadej Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Building 3, Chiang Mai Phukham Hotel, Chiang Mai Province.
3. Surat Thani Province held a training session on Saturday, May 17th. In 2568 B.E., at Grand Ballroom 5, Banjong Grand Ballroom Hotel, Surat Thani Province.
4. Bangkok Province held training on Saturday, June 21, B.E. In 2568 B.E., at The Bazaar Bangkok Hotel, Ratchayothin Grand Room, 20th Floor.
2. The International Association of Press and Media announced its intention to fight corruption at a seminar and press conference on Wednesday 28 May 2018 at TVA Hall, Suan Siang Phai, Tuwa Town In Town, Bangkok.
3. The International Press Network Association has submitted a revised version of the Association’s regulations according to the International Press Network Association’s regulations. The Department of Government Administration has informed the meeting as of August 28, 2013.
4. The association has sent a committee round “Cooperative Business Auditor” class 9, organized by Santibarn Cooperative of Thailand. Received a certificate on October 31, 2568 B.E..
After the closing of the annual general meeting, the Association held a prayer event for honorary advisors and association advisors for the auspiciousness and succession of Thai culture by Dr. Rojanasakdi Saengthasiriwilai, President of the Association, Executive Committee and members of the Association and joined the food.
