อนุทิน‘ รับสนองพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ แต่งตั้งเป็น นายกฯ คนที่ 32 สมัยที่ 2 พร้อมกล่าวสำนึกพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ จะมุ่งมั่นปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างเต็มความสามารถ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และยึดมั่นผลประโยชน์ของชาติเป็นสำคัญ
วันที่ 20 มีนาคม 2569 ว่าที่ร้อยตำรวจตรี อาพัทธ์ สุขะนันท์ เลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร อัญเชิญพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อม แต่งตั้ง อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรี คนที่ 32 สมัยที่ 2 เดินทางไปยังที่ทำการพรรคภูมิใจไทย ถนนพหลโยธิน เขตจตุจักร กทม. โดยได้อัญเชิญไปยังสถานที่ในการรับสนองพระบรมราชโองการฯ
จากนั้น เลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร อ่านพระบรมราชโองการแต่งตั้งนายกรัฐมนตรีว่า พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมให้ประกาศว่าพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่าโดยที่ประชุมสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ได้ลงมติเมื่อวันที่ 19 มีนาคม 2569 เห็นชอบด้วยในการแต่งตั้ง อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรี ด้วยคะแนนเสียงมากกว่ากึ่งหนึ่งของจำนวนสมาชิกทั้งหมดเท่าที่มีอยู่ของสภาผู้แทนราษฎร อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 158 ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมแต่งตั้งให้ อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรี ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป.
ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 19 มีนาคม พุทธศักราช 2569 เป็นปีที่ 11 ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน.

นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล แถลงแก่สื่อมวลชนภายหลังรับสนองพระบรมราชโองการ โดยกล่าวรู้สึกสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอย่างหาที่สุดมิได้ ที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ แต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี และให้คำมั่นสัญญาต่อพี่น้องประชาชนว่าจะใช้ความรู้ความสามารถ ประสบการณ์ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่นายกรัฐมนตรี เพื่อประโยชน์สุขของพี่น้องประชาชนชาวไทยอย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถ และจะควบคุม กำกับดูแลให้รัฐบาล อันประกอบด้วยคณะรัฐมนตรี รวมถึงข้าราชการ เจ้าพนักงานของรัฐ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต คำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของประชาชนเป็นลำดับแรก และจะเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานของรัฐบาลเพื่อแก้ปัญหาของประเทศ มีส่วนร่วมกับการพัฒนาประเทศไทยอันเป็นที่รักยิ่งของเรา การทำงานของภาครัฐจะต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบอย่างเข้มข้น จริงจังจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อการบริหารงานที่โปร่งใส โดยตั้งอยู่บนหลักนิติรัฐ นิติธรรม
นอกจากนี้ ขอให้การเปลี่ยนผ่านรัฐบาลในครั้งนี้ได้สร้างบรรยากาศใหม่ๆ ให้เกิดขึ้นในสังคมไทย เป็นบรรยากาศของการมองไปข้างหน้าร่วมกัน และให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมการทำงานใหม่ๆ ที่มีประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยในรายละเอียด และเป้าหมายของสิ่งที่รัฐบาลจะดำเนินการในช่วงเวลา 4 ปีต่อจากนี้นั้น จะได้แถลงเป็นนโยบายของรัฐบาลต่อรัฐสภาต่อไป
ทั้งนี้ สำหรับพิธีรับพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมแต่งตั้งให้ อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี มีครอบครัวชาญวีรกูล อาทิ ชวรัตน์ ชาญวีรกูล บิดา, ทัศนีย์ ชาญวีรกูล มารดา, ธนนนท์ ชาญวีรกูล ภรรยา, นัยน์ภัค ชาญวีรกูล บุตรสาว, เศรณี ชาญวีรกูล บุตรชาย พร้อมด้วย สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร (สส.) พรรคภูมิใจไทย และพรรคร่วมรัฐบาลได้เดินทางมาร่วมพิธีด้วย อาทิ ยศชนันท์ วงศ์สวัสดิ์ จุลพันธ์ อมรวิวัฒน์ สุริยะ จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ ประเสริฐ จันทรรวงทอง ตรีนุช เทียนทอง รวมไปถึงหัวหน้าพรรคเล็กมาร่วมแสดงความยินดี

On March 20, 2566 B.E., Police Lieutenant Aphat Sukhanan, Secretary-General of the House of Representatives invited the Royal Command to appoint Anutin Charnveerakul as the 32nd Prime Minister for the second term, traveling to the Bhumjaithai Party Office, Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak District, Bangkok. The invitation was made to the place where the Royal Command was received.
Then, the Secretary-General of the House of Representatives read the Royal Command to appoint the Prime Minister that His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej Phra Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua had a royal command announcement.
