วันอาทิตย์ที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา คณะกรรมาธิการการสื่อสาร โทรคมนาคม และดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม โดย นายสยาม หัตถสงเคราะห์ ประธานคณะกรรมาธิการ พร้อมด้วยคณะที่ปรึกษาและเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐสภา เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานติดตามการขยายสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต ณ จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูและจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยสามารถสรุปผลการดำเนินงานแบบพอสังเขปได้ ดังนี้
๑. จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู
คณะกรรมาธิการฯ ได้เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ ตลาดห้วยเดื่อ ตำบลโนนทัน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู เพื่อสอบถามปัญหาชาวบ้านร้านค้าและส่งเสริมการค้าในรูปแบบดิจิทัล ให้พ่อค้าแม่ค้าในตลาดมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นจากมูลค่าของสินค้าพื้นเมืองในท้องที่ และเห็นควรให้มีการขยายการให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตในชุมชนชาวตลาดห้วยเดื่อ รวมถึงการตั้งสถานีบริการไปรษณีย์บริเวณพื้นที่ตลาด ตลอดจนการปรับปรุงเส้นทางการสัญจรภายในตลาด เพื่อการค้าขายและการขนส่งสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ได้มากยิ่งขึ้นและมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้ บริษัท ไทยคม จำกัด (มหาชน) โดย นายเอกชัย ภัคดุรงค์ หัวหน้าคณะผู้บริหารด้านกลยุทธ์องค์กร ให้ความอนุเคราะห์มอบชุดระบบรับสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตจากดาวเทียมไทยคมแก่ชุมชน โดยมีนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล เป็นผู้รับมอบ เพื่อการสนับสนุนการค้าดิจิทัลในรูปแบบตลาดการค้าออนไลน์แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่
๒. จังหวัดอุดรธานี
คณะกรรมาธิการฯ เดินทางไปเข้ารับฟังการบรรยายสรุปการขยายสัญญาณโทรคมนาคม จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ เขต 24 อุดรธานี โดยรับทราบว่าการขยายเขตสัญญาณโทรคมนาคม ในเขตจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู จังหวัดอุดร และจังหวัดเลย แม้จะยังไม่ครอบคลุมในทุกพื้นที่ แต่พื้นที่ที่มีสัญญาณอ่อนก็มักจะเป็นที่บริเวณป่าเขา และอุทยาน ซึ่งมีประชาชนอยู่อาศัยเป็นจำนวนน้อย จึงไม่กระทบต่อการให้บริการประชาชนในภาพรวม อย่างไรก็ตาม สำนักงาน กสทช. เขต 24 ยังได้รายงานการดำเนินการตัดสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ผิดกฎหมาย ด้วยการให้บริการไปยังเขตประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน โดยปัจจุบัน สำนักงาน กสทช. ได้เร่งรัดตรวจสอบ และดำเนินคดีกับผู้ให้บริการที่ผิดกฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายของประชาชนไทยอย่างเต็มที่

The Committee on Communications, Telecommunications and Digital for Economic and Social Affairs studied the following work in Nong Bua Lamphu and Udon Thani provinces.
On Sunday, August 31, 2568 B.E., the Committee on Economic and Social Telecommunications and Digital Communications by Mr. Siam Hatthasongkroh, Chairman of the Committee, and members of Parliament visited Nong Bua Lamphu and Udon Thani to observe the following activities:
1. Nong Bua Lamphu Province
The commission visited Huai Dye Market, Non-Tan Sub-district, Mueang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province to inquire about the problems of villagers and promote digital commerce. Moreover, Thaicom Public Company Limited by Mr. Ekachai Pakdurong, Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Strategy, provided Thaicom satellite Internet transmissions to the community. The donation was made by the President of Subdistrict Administrative Organization to support digital commerce in the form of online commerce market for the local people.
2. Udon Thani Province
The commission attended a briefing on the expansion of telecommunications from the Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, 24 Udon Thani District. The expansion of telecommunications in Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Province and Loei Province, although not covered in all areas, soft-signaled areas are usually in the forest areas. And parks, where a small number of people live, will not affect the overall public service. According to the NTC. District 24 also reported the operation of the illegal internet cut-off by providing services to neighbouring countries. Currently, the NTC Office.
