สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. โดยสำนักต้านทุจริตศึกษา ได้ประสานความร่วมมือในการขับเคลื่อนมาตรการแก้ไขปัญหาการทุจริตแบบบูรณาการกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษา โดยเมื่อวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2568 นางสาวลลิตา โภชนพันธ์ ผู้ช่วยเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. นำคณะเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าหารือกับรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไพลิน ภู่จีนาพันธุ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และเมื่อวันที่ 29 ธันวาคม 2568 คณะผู้บริหาร ประกอบด้วย นายศรชัย ชูวิเชียร รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. นางสาวลลิตา โภชนพันธ์ ผู้ช่วยเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. และนางสาวอภิสร์ญา พัดเกร็ด ผู้อำนวยการสำนักต้านทุจริตศึกษา เข้าพบหารือ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์วุฒิศักดิ์ ลาภเจริญทรัพย์ กรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง รักษาราชการแทน อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง รองศาสตราจารย์ณัฐพงศ์ บุญเหลือ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายบริหาร และรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. จักรี ไชยพินิจ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา เพื่อประสานงานความร่วมมือการขับเคลื่อนดำเนินงานตามมาตรการแก้ไขปัญหาการทุจริตแบบบูรณาการให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นรูปธรรม สามารถตอบสนองแผนแม่บทภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ ประเด็น (21) การต่อต้านการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบ
การประสานงานความร่วมมือระหว่างสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. กับมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่และมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง มีประเด็นการหารือและซักซ้อมความร่วมมือการขับเคลื่อนร่วมกันที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ (1) การพิจารณานำกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตบรรจุเข้าในหลักสูตรการศึกษา (2) การกำหนดให้ “การผ่านการเรียนหลักสูตรต้านทุจริตศึกษาด้วยระบบ e – Learning” เป็นเงื่อนไขในการเข้ารับการศึกษา
สรุปผลการหารือร่วมกัน มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่และมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงยินดีที่จะให้ความร่วมมือกับสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ในการนำกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต มาบรรจุเป็นหลักสูตรการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี โดยจะศึกษารายละเอียดขอบเขตเนื้อหาวิชาร่วมกับสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. อีกครั้ง ในส่วนของประเด็นการกำหนดให้ “การผ่านการเรียนหลักสูตรต้านทุจริตศึกษาด้วยระบบ e – Learning” เป็นเงื่อนไขในการเข้ารับการศึกษา ทางมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งสองแห่งจะพิจารณาแนวทางในการนำหลักสูตรต้านทุจริตศึกษาไปปรับใช้อีกครั้ง การประสานพลังในครั้งนี้นับเป็นการสร้างความร่วมมืออย่างมีเอกภาพและเป็นรูปธรรมอันจะนำไปสู่ผลลัพธ์ของการปลูกฝังและหล่อหลอมให้มีจิตสำนึกและพฤติกรรมยึดมั่นในความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต การสร้างวัฒนธรรมจิตสำนึกความเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีควบคู่กับส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมต่อต้านการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบต่อไป

The NCCC has joined hands with universities to establish anti-corruption principles with higher education students.
Office of P.E. The Office of Anti-Corruption Education has coordinated cooperation in driving integrated corruption measures with higher education institutions. On December 25, 2018, Ms. Lalita Phochonphan, Assistant Secretary-General of the PEA Commission. The NCCC called upon the staff to discuss with the Associate Professor Dr. Pailin Pujinaphan, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration and Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Lueangwilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, and on December 29, 2568 B.E., the executive team consisted of Mr. Sorachai Chuwichian, Deputy Secretary-General of the P.E. Committee. NCCC Miss Lalita Phochonphan, Assistant Secretary-General of the NCCC Committee. NCCC and Miss Apisriya Padkred, Director of Anti-Corruption Education Bureau, met with Assistant Professor Wuttisak Lapcharonsap, Director of Ramkhamhaeng University Council, Acting President of Ramkhamhaeng University, Deputy Professor Nattapong Boonlueang, Executive Vice President and Associate Professor Dr. Chakri Chaiyapinit, Vice President for Student Affairs, to coordinate cooperation in implementing integrated corruption measures to effectively respond to the master plan under the National Strategy (21) Anti-Corruption and Misconduct.
Coordination of cooperation between offices, P. The NCCC and Chiang Mai University and Ramkhamhaeng University discussed and practiced cooperation in joint efforts, including (1) introduction of laws on prevention and prevention of corruption into education courses (2) “passing the anti-corruption education course with e-Learning system” as conditions for admission.
In conclusion of the joint discussion, Chiang Mai University and Ramkhamhaeng University are pleased to cooperate with the Office of P.O. The NCCC has introduced laws on the prevention and prevention of corruption as a bachelor’s degree program by studying the details of the subject content in cooperation with the Office of NCCC. NCCC again, regarding the requirement of “passing the anti-corruption curriculum with e-Learning” as a condition for admission, both universities will consider ways to apply the anti-corruption curriculum again. This synergy will create a unified and concrete cooperation that will result in the cultivation of consciousness and behavioral integrity, the establishment of a culture of good citizenship, and the promotion of participation in anti-corruption and misconduct.
