“เฉลิมชัย” บินตรวจทุ่งใหญ่นเรศวร วอน ทุกฝ่ายเฝ้าระวังไฟป่า
สร้างความเข้าใจให้ “ชุมชน คน ป่า อยู่ร่วมกันได้”
ดร.เฉลิมชัย ศรีอ่อน หัวหน้าพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ และ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (รมว.ทส.) พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมการดำเนินงานโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนในเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าและอุทยานแห่งชาติ จ.กาญจนบุรี ภายใต้มูลนิธิภูบดินทร์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ที่ ศูนย์ประสานงานโครงการฯ บ้านสาละวะ หมู่ที่ 4 ต.ไร่โว่ อ.สังขละบุรี จ.กาญจนบุรี ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ต้นแบบในการพัฒนาความเป็นอยู่ให้กับประชาชนที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ติดชายแดนเมียนมาร์ ให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น โดยมีการจัดทำ MOU การใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในเขตป่าร่วมกันระหว่างชุมชน กับกรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช เพื่อให้เกิดการดูแลรักษาป่าร่วมกัน และมีการกำหนดการถือครองที่ดินที่ชัดเจนรายละ 20 ไร่ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำแปลงสาธิตเพื่อการพัฒนาอาชีพ และพื้นที่ส่วนร่วมเพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์ร่วมกันในชุมชน พร้อมกันนี้ รมว.ทส. ยังได้ตรวจเยี่ยมให้กำลังใจเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำหน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าในเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าทุ่งใหญ่นเรศวร ฝั่งตะวันตก และมอบถุงยังชีพให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่
ในระหว่างเส้นทางการตรวจเยี่ยม ดร.เฉลิมชัย ยังได้แวะเยี่ยมนักเรียนและครู โรงเรียนกองม่องทะ สาขาบ้านสาละวะ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านทิไล่ป้า และโรงเรียนบ้านหินตั้ง พร้อมมอบอุปกรณ์กีฬาให้แก่นักเรียน เพื่อเป็นของขวัญเนื่องในโอกาสวันเด็กแห่งชาติ จากนั้น รมว.ทส. ได้ขึ้นเฮลิคอปเตอร์ของกระทรวงทรัพยากร ฯ บินสำรวจสภาพป่าในพื้นที่เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าทุ่งใหญ่นเรศวร ฝั่งตะวันตก และสังเกตการณ์สถานการณ์การเฝ้าระวังไฟป่า และหมอกควันที่เข้าสู่ช่วงฤดูแล้ง ซึ่งต้องมีการเฝ้าระวังป้องกันไฟป่า รวมถึงการป้องกันการเผาในที่โล่งในทุกพื้นที่อย่างเข้มข้น
ดร.เฉลิมชัย กล่าวว่า การมาลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ นอกจากมาสร้างขวัญกำลังให้กับเจ้าหน้าผู้ปฏิบัติงานถึงในพื้นที่แล้ว ยังเป็นการมาดูสภาพพื้นที่การทำงานจริงเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย “ชุมชน คน ป่า อยู่ร่วมกันได้“ พร้อมทั้งขอความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนในการบูรณาการความร่วมมือช่วยกันเฝ้าระวังป้องกันไฟป่า เพราะเมื่อรัฐบาลให้ความสำคัญสนับสนุนงบประมาณในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับทุกหน่วยงานแล้ว เราต้องช่วยกัน โดยเฉพาะ ทส. ในฐานะหน่วยงานของรัฐ ต้องเป็นหลักในการเข้าไปพูดคุยสร้างความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือร่วมกับทุกฝ่าย ปัญหาไฟป่าแม้จะแก้ยาก แต่ถ้าหากทุกฝ่ายร่วมมือกันเชื่อว่าจะสามารถผ่านไปได้อย่างเห็นผลในเชิงประจักษ์

Dr. Chalermchai Sri-on, Leader of the Democratic Party and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment (Minister of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment). TCEB and its management team visited the community development project in the Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park. Kanchanaburi under the Phubodin Foundation under the Royal Patronage at Ban Salawa Project Coordination Center, Village No. 4, T. Raiwo A. Sangkhalaburi Province. Kanchanaburi, a model area for people living on the border of Myanmar, has set up MOUs on forest land use between communities and the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, and has a clear land ownership of 20 rai each. At the same time, the Minister also prepared demonstration plots for career development and participatory areas for community sharing. TCEB also visited the Forest Service staff in Thung Yai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary on the west coast and provided relief bags to the staff.
During the visitation route, Dr. Chalermchai also visited Kongmontha School, Ban Salawa Branch, Ban Tilai Pa Border Patrol Police School, and Ban Hin Tang School as gifts for the students on the occasion of National Children’s Day. TCEB took a helicopter from the Ministry of Resources to investigate forest conditions in the western area of Thung Yai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary and observe the situation of forest fires and smog entering the dry season.
Dr. Chalermchai said that this visit not only strengthens the staff but also gives a look at the actual working conditions in order to comply with the “community, forest people can live together” policy. He also asked for cooperation from all parties to help prevent forest fires. Because when the government gives priority to supporting the budget to solve the problem for all agencies, we must help each other, especially the TAMC. As a government agency, the problem of forest fires is difficult to solve, but if all parties cooperate, they will be able to pass through with positive results.
